摘要: 通过一起500kV变压器空载合闸时突发压力继电器动作的事件案例,通过对现场设备检查情况及合闸瞬间故障录波波形分析,对事件原因进行了排查,找到真正的事件原因,突发压力继电器在励磁涌流产生的振动和油流涌动作用下导致了突发压力继电器动作,并提出了具体的防范措施。Abstract: Based on a case involving the operation of a sudden pressure relay during the no-load closing of a 500kV transformer, an investigation was conducted by examining the on-site equipment and analyzing the fault recording waveform at the moment of closing. The root cause was identified: the operation of the sudden pressure relay was triggered by vibrations and oil flow surges generated by the inrush current. Specific preventive measures were proposed accordingly.
