一种轴向可调快拆式临时轴振支架的模态分析与工程应用

摘要: 针对大型汽轮发电机组稳定轴承区域无预埋测点条件下轴振临时监测困难的问题,设计了一种模块化、轴向可调的快拆式轴振支架,可实现电涡流位移传感器的快速安装与稳定测量。有限元模态分析结果表明,支架一阶固有频率为213 Hz,显著高于机组额定转速3000 r/min 对应的一倍频50 Hz,具备良好的低阶频率分离裕度。现场工程应用结果显示,启机升速过程中监测信号连续稳定,未出现由结构共振或安装松动引起的异常放大。研究表明,该临时轴振支架在不破坏原结构且不影响油挡功能的前提下,可满足复杂工况下关键支撑部位轴振监测的工程应用需求。Abstract: A modular, axially adjustable, quick-release shaft vibration mounting bracket is developed to enable temporary shaft vibration monitoring in the journal bearing region of large steam turbine–generator units without pre-installed measurement points. Finite element modal analysis shows that the first natural frequency of the bracket is 213 Hz, well above the 1× rotational frequency of 50 Hz at the rated speed of 3000r/min. Field application results demonstrate stable and continuous vibration signals during the startup run-up process, with no abnormal amplification caused by structural resonance or installation looseness, confirming the applicability of the proposed bracket for shaft vibration monitoring under complex operating conditions without affecting the original structure or oil deflector function.
