智能贴标系统在电力控制保护装置中的应用与实现

Application and Implementation of an Intelligent Labeling System in Power Control and Protection Devices

  • 摘要: 针对电力控制保护装置贴标中多品类、多尺寸适配难题,设计并实现一套全品类智能贴标系统。创新点包括:(1)基于工业相机与图像算法的型号识别与贴标位置实时定位;(2)多轴伺服模组与可调压贴标头构成柔性结构,贴标精度达±0.11mm;(3)PLC-上位机-MOM系统协同,实现全流程数字化管理。系统在某电力设备厂测试,适配19122种机箱型号,贴标准确率≥99.5%,效率提升至150件/小时,较人工提升300%,显著提升产线智能化水平。

     

    Abstract: To address the challenges of multi-variety and multi-size adaptation in the labeling of power control and protection devices, this paper presents an all-category automatic labeling system. The key innovations include: (1)Automatic identification and precise localization based on machine vision (industrial camera and image algorithms); (2) A flexible mechanical configurationSintegrating a multi-axis servo module and an adjustable-pressure labeling head, achieving a high accuracy of ±0.11mm; (3)Digitalized process management through the(collaborative) framework of PLC, host computer, and MOM system. The system was deployed in a power equipment plant, successfully adapting to 19,122 types of chassis models. Experimental results show that the labeling accuracy rate is ≥99.5%, and the production efficiency reaches 150 pieces/hour, marking a 300% improvement over manual operations..
