适应于馈线自动化终端的智能型残压电路研究与实现

Research and Implementation of Intelligent Residual Voltage Circuit Adapted to Feeder Terminal Unit

  • 摘要: 残压检测是馈线自动化终端实现配网故障判别与合闸闭锁的关键技术。针对传统硬件残压检测电路存在阈值固定、动作延时、残压漏检等缺陷,本文设计一款新型智能残压检测电路。电路以超低功耗单片机为主控,搭配锂电池实现失电独立运行,结合信号调理与迟滞比较电路提升检测精度,依靠休眠唤醒机制实现了残压识别、方向判定与状态存储,终端复电后完成故障上报与逻辑复位。实验结果表明,该电路判别精准、运行稳定,性能优于国网相关技术标准。

     

    Abstract: Residual voltage detection serves as a key technology for feeder terminal units to realize distribution network fault identification and closing interlock. To solve the defects of traditional hardware residual voltage detection circuits, such as fixed thresholds, operation delay and residual voltage missing detection, this paper designs a novel intelligent residual voltage detection circuit. Taking an ultra-low-power single-chip microcomputer as the main control core and equipped with a lithium battery, the circuit can operate independently after power failure. It adopts signal conditioning and hysteresis comparison circuits to improve detection accuracy, and realizes residual voltage identification, direction judgment and state storage through the sleep-wake mechanism. The terminal can complete fault reporting and logic reset after power recovery. Experimental results show that the circuit features accurate judgment and stable operation, and its performance meets and exceeds the relevant technical standards of State Grid.
