Abstract:
To address the issues of low manual design efficiency and the difficulty of reusing data across projects in the system diagrams of industrial power and lighting distribution boxes, a parametric automatic generation method based on structured data reuse is proposed. The method stores design parameters as structured data sets, allowing new project designs to be rapidly and iteratively modified on the basis of existing historical solutions. By embedding branch-circuit auxiliary calculations, automatic component selection, and symbol-to-graphic mapping rules, the method achieves one-click generation from circuit parameters to system diagrams. Application in coal preparation engineering shows that this method significantly improves design efficiency and drawing quality, providing a feasible technical approach for the parametric design of power distribution in coal preparation plants.
