Abstract:
Global climate change has led to the frequency and intensity of typhoons, which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of power systems in coastal areas. The existing research focuses on post-disaster resource scheduling, and does not fully consider pre-disaster defense planning and collaborative control of emergency resources. This paper conducts research on this and proposes a comprehensive resilience improvement strategy for distribution networks that considers resource synergy under typhoon disasters.First, the wind farm model and power line model are constructed based on the historical data of the typhoon, and secondly, the pre-disaster preset-post-disaster emergency resource collaborative model is established, and the pre-disaster preset and road network conditions are fully considered, as well as the intelligent soft switch and emergency resource collaborative recovery strategy, the column and constraint generation method is used again to solve the mixed integer second-order planning model, and finally combined with the improved IEEE33 node power distribution system as an example for verification, the results show that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the comprehensive resilience of the power grid and the reliability of power supply.
