变电所高压开关柜电弧光保护优化配置策略研究

Research on Optimization Configuration Strategies for Arc Light Protection in High-Voltage Switchgear of Substations

  • 摘要: 本研究旨在解决某输油站35kV/6kV开关柜传统保护,在处理母线电弧故障时存在的切除速度迟缓问题。基于弧光与电流双判据,分析工程单母线分段接线的特性。在此基础上,提出逻辑分区优化配置方案、融合局放与测温数据实现预警联动举措。研究显示,优化后故障切除时间由0.5秒缩至0.1秒,电弧能量降至基准20%以下,压力峰值衰减至35%以内。通过该研究,提高油气站场一级负荷供电的本质安全水平,为智慧变电所的远程集中监控提供帮助。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: This study aims to address the slow fault clearance speed exhibited by traditional protection systems in 35kV/6kV switchgear at a certain oil transmission station during busbar arc faults. Based on dual criteria of arc intensity and current magnitude, the study analyzes the characteristics of single-busbar segmented configurations. Subsequently, it proposes an optimized logical partitioning configuration scheme and integrated early-warning measures combining partial discharge and temperature monitoring data. Results demonstrate that the optimized fault clearance time is reduced from 0.5 seconds to 0.1 seconds, arc energy is decreased below 20% of the baseline, and peak pressure is attenuated to within 35%. This research enhances the intrinsic safety of primary load power supply in oil and gas stations and facilitates remote centralized monitoring in smart substations.
