低压电动机回路保护配置与整定

Low-Voltage Motor Circuit Protection Configuration and Setting

  • 摘要: 本文对低压电动机回路进行了保护装置选型和整定,结合电动机运行时可能发生的故障和回路配置针对性地提出保护配置及整定计算方法。通过对保护装置设定合适的电流值来实现当电机运行异常时,控制器发出告警信号或使电动机直接跳闸的功能,研究结果可为同类型系统低压电动机回路保护整定计算工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper addresses the selection and setting of protective devices for low-voltage motor circuits. It proposes targeted protection configurations and setting calculation methods based on potential faults during motor operation and circuit configurations. By setting appropriate current values for the protective devices, the controller can issue alarm signals or directly trip the motor when abnormal operation occurs. The research findings provide a reference for setting calculations in low-voltage motor circuit protection for similar systems.
