Abstract: This paper delves into the core technical essentials of integrating touch screen and PLC technologies to realize the local control of gate hoisting systems. It proposes novel ideas and standardized frameworks for the retrofit design of analogous gate hoisting control systems across relevant engineering domains. Furthermore, the research conducts in-depth and valuable explorations focusing on enhancing the operational reliability, safety, and scalability of gate hoisting processes, thereby providing empirical references and practical insights for peer researchers and engineering practitioners in the field.
