盆式绝缘子服役期典型缺陷分析与多维度检测策略研究

Research on Typical Defect Analysis and Multi-dimensional Detection Strategy of Basin Insulators During Service Period

  • 摘要: 盆式绝缘子是气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)的重要绝缘元件,其服役可靠性直接影响电力系统的安全稳定运行。本文根据2018年至2024年西北某地区电网330 kV及以下电压等级GIS设备的检修记录,总结归纳出盆式绝缘子服役期间常见缺陷种类及分布规律,同时探讨了材料缺陷、制造工艺、安装施工及运行环境等多因素耦合作用下缺陷成因机理。为克服传统离线检测效率低下、覆盖面窄及缺乏统一标准等问题,提出了一种融合在线监测、智能巡检、多模态检测及信息化管理平台的多元协同检测策略,形成了一套从状态感知、风险评估、智能决策到精准运维的全过程管控体系。实践证明该方法可大大提高缺陷检出率并减少停电时间,对提高盆式绝缘子精益化运维具有重要指导意义。

     

    Abstract: As a core insulation component of gas insulated switchgear (GIS), the service reliability of basin insulators directly affects the safe and stable operation of the power system. Based on the operation and maintenance data of GIS equipment at 330 kV and below voltage levels in a regional power grid in northwest China from 2018 to 2024, this paper systematically reviews the typical defect types and distribution patterns of basin insulators during service, and deeply analyzes the fault causation mechanism under the coupled effects of material defects, manufacturing processes, installation techniques, and operating environments. A multi-dimensional collaborative detection strategy covering online monitoring, intelligent inspection, multi-modal fusion detection, and information management platform is proposed, and a whole-process quality control system is constructed. Practical application shows that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the defect detection rate and reduce the fault outage time, providing theoretical basis and technical reference for lean operation and maintenance of basin insulators.
