Abstract:
This paper examines a 100-megawatt flywheel energy storage project in Hebei Province as a case study. In light of the complex geological conditions, it analyzes the stringent requirements for both static and dynamic bearing capacity of the foundation. Seismic isolation solutions, such as CFG pile composite foundations and raft foundations, are proposed to mitigate vibration and suppress resonance. Key technologies, including mechanical fixation, cable routing, and electromagnetic shielding, are elaborated. Construction accuracy and quality control standards are clearly defined in accordance with national regulations. Through optimized layout and protective measures, a technical framework capable of accommodating high loads and ensuring long-term stability has been established, offering a reference for similar engineering projects.
