百兆瓦级飞轮储能电站项目施工及设备安装技术优化方案

Technical Optimization Plan for Construction and Equipment Installation of 100-megawatt-level Flywheel Energy Storage Power Station Projects

  • 摘要: 以河北省某百兆瓦级飞轮储能电站项目为例,针对复杂地质条件,分析了对地基静动态承载力的严苛要求,提出了复合地基CFG桩与筏基等抗震隔振方案,以抑制振动与共振。阐述了机械固定、线缆布线与电磁屏蔽等关键技术,按国标明确施工精度与质量控制要求。通过优化布局与防护,构建了适应高负载、长期稳定的技术体系,为同类项目提供参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper examines a 100-megawatt flywheel energy storage project in Hebei Province as a case study. In light of the complex geological conditions, it analyzes the stringent requirements for both static and dynamic bearing capacity of the foundation. Seismic isolation solutions, such as CFG pile composite foundations and raft foundations, are proposed to mitigate vibration and suppress resonance. Key technologies, including mechanical fixation, cable routing, and electromagnetic shielding, are elaborated. Construction accuracy and quality control standards are clearly defined in accordance with national regulations. Through optimized layout and protective measures, a technical framework capable of accommodating high loads and ensuring long-term stability has been established, offering a reference for similar engineering projects.
