摘要: 针对10kV单电源配电线路保护改造配合停电困难的问题,研究了基于外部临时保护替代的不停电保护改造技术,分析了不停电改造与停电改造的模式差异、临时保护装置的功能回路设计、作业流程与关键风险,并结合工程实际评估了不停电改造技术的效果与价值,为10千伏配电线路保护改造提供了新的技术方案。Abstract: To address the difficulties associated with power outages caused by the protection retrofit of 10kV single-source distribution lines, this study investigated a non-power outage protection retrofit technology based on external temporary protection substitutes. It analyzed the differences between non-power outage and power outage retrofit models, the functional circuit design of temporary protection devices, operational procedures, and key risks. Combined with practical engineering applications, the study evaluated the effectiveness and value of the non-power outage retrofit technology, providing a new technical solution for the protection retrofit of 10kV distribution lines.
