箱式变电站基础预制施工与设备底部接地系统同步布设技术探讨

Discussion on the synchronized layout technology of prefabricated construction of box type substation foundation and equipment bottom grounding system

  • 摘要: 本研究探讨了箱式变电站基础预制施工与设备底部接地系统同步布设的关键技术。通过精准设计与高精度施工,确保了基础模块与接地系统的精准对接。施工过程中,采用动态监测系统实时跟踪基础安装与接地系统布设的各项技术指标,确保各项施工精度要求得以实现。实测结果表明,基础安装误差与接地电阻均符合设计要求,为项目提供了稳定的电气安全保障。

     

    Abstract: This study explores the key technologies for the synchronous installation of prefabricated foundation construction and equipment bottom grounding system in box type substations. Through precise design and high-precision construction, the precise connection between the basic module and the grounding system is ensured. During the construction process, a dynamic monitoring system is used to track various technical indicators of the foundation installation and grounding system layout in real time, ensuring that the construction accuracy requirements are met. The actual test results show that the foundation installation error and grounding resistance meet the design requirements, providing stable electrical safety guarantee for the project.
