基于复合材料轴承全生命周期数据监测及管理研究与应用

Research and Application of Data Monitoring and Management for Composite Bearings Based on Full Life Cycle

  • 摘要: 本文介绍复合材料轴承全生命周期管理研究与应用, 研究采用状态识别传感器和寿命预测传感器监测数据,构建轴承磨损状态的实时监测的全生命周期管理模型。状态识别传感器通过监测轴承与对磨偶件之间导电率的变化,实时监测轴承的润滑状态;寿命预测传感器基于电阻材料在磨损过程中阻值随磨损量增加的原理,构建全生命周期管理模型,实时反映轴承磨损量,同时预测轴承的剩余使用寿命。通过在刘家峡3F机组的实际应用验证,该方法对轴承磨损量预测误差小于 0.0025mm,具有较高精度,为优化维护周期规划和实现智慧运维提供有力技术支持。

     

    Abstract: This paper presents the research and application of the full life cycle management for composite bearings. The study adopts monitoring data from condition recognition sensors and life prediction sensors to establish a full life cycle management model for real-time monitoring of bearing wear conditions.The condition recognition sensor monitors the bearing lubrication state in real time by detecting changes in electrical conductivity between the bearing and the mating pair. The life prediction sensor, based on the principle that the resistance of resistive materials increases with wear volume during the wear process, constructs a full life cycle management model to reflect the bearing wear volume in real time and predict the remaining service life of the bearing.Verified by practical application in the Liujiaxia 3F unit, the prediction error of the proposed method for bearing wear volume is less than 0.0025 mm, indicating high accuracy. It provides strong technical support for optimizing maintenance scheduling and realizing intelligent operation and maintenance.
