Abstract:
This paper proposes an intelligent input acquisition scheme based on voltage comparator and software collaborative diagnosis to address the problem of high power consumption in power terminal input acquisition. This scheme samples the hardware architecture of "front-end simulation comparison + back-end digital logic", integrates adaptive anomaly diagnosis algorithms, and achieves software hardware collaborative optimization. The prototype test results show that this scheme has significantly better power consumption than traditional optocouplers and improved optocoupler input acquisition schemes, and better channel consistency, opening up a new path for the design of low-power intelligent input acquisition systems.
