Abstract:
In response to the practical issue of the difficulty in controlling the cost of power transmission, distribution, and utilization projects, this paper, from the perspective of the construction management model, systematically reviews the influence mechanism of this model on cost control and deeply analyzes the main composition characteristics and control objectives of the cost of such projects. Subsequently, through in-depth analysis of the three stages of construction preparation, construction process, and final settlement, the key links and main difficulties in cost control at each stage are identified in detail. Based on this, from the three aspects of contract clause design and risk allocation optimization, application of information platforms, and construction of a full-process control index system, practical and feasible optimization measures and suggestions are proposed in combination with industry practices, providing a systematic reference for achieving scientific and precise cost control of power transmission, distribution, and utilization projects under the construction management model.
