核电站浓硼电加热器故障分析及处理

Fault Analysis and Treatment of Electric Heater for Concentrated Boron Circuit in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 核电站浓硼回路电加热器是保障堆芯应急冷却安全功能的关键设备。利用故障树分析方法对具体故障案例的根本原因进行验证分析。对更换工作给出具体操作方法和风险规避措施。对设计和制造环节存在的隐患,提出了技术改进方案和管理思路。旨在为维保人员处理此类问题提供帮助,有效提升系统可靠性。

     

    Abstract: The electric heater of the concentrated boron circuit in nuclear power plants is a critical equipment to ensure the safety function of reactor core emergency cooling. Fault tree analysis (FTA) is applied to verify and analyze the root causes of specific failure cases. Detailed operation methods and risk mitigation measures are provided for replacement work. Technical improvement plans and management strategies are proposed to address potential hazards in design and manufacturing. This study aims to assist maintenance personnel in handling such issues and effectively enhance system reliability.
