企业内网约束下的水电试验报告闭环生成系统设计与应用

Design and Application of a Closed-Loop Test Report Generation System for Hydropower Under Enterprise Intranet Constraints

  • 摘要: 针对水电试验报告数据来源多样、规则复杂和企业内网安全约束强等问题,设计并实现了一套基于Flask/Vue的闭环生成系统。系统集成模板渲染、规则校核和OCR/规则抽取功能,围绕信息采集、结构化建模、报告生成与审阅留痕形成闭环流程。试点结果表明,化学检测报告编制时间由60 min缩短至8 min,审核时间由10 min缩短至2 min;自动化涉网试验报告处理时间由300 min缩短至120 min。结果表明,该系统能够提升报告标准化水平与编制效率,适用于企业内网私有化部署。

     

    Abstract: To address multi-source data, complex rules and stringent intranet security constraints in hydropower test reporting, a closed-loop generation system based on Flask/Vue was designed. The system integrates template rendering, rule checking, OCR/rule-based extraction, and review traceability. During the pilot phase, the time required to prepare chemical test reports was reduced from 60 minutes to 8 minutes, and the review time was reduced from 10 minutes to 2 minutes. The time required for automated network-related testing was reduced from 300 minutes to 120 minutes. The results demonstrate that the system can improve report standardization and preparation efficiency and is suitable for private deployment on corporate intranets.
