变电站强电磁环境下摄像头立杆电源模组抗干扰性能提升研究

Research on improving the anti-interference performance of camera pole power module in strong electromagnetic environment of substation

  • 摘要: 摘要:由于变电站内存在较强的电磁干扰源,在摄像机立杆上使用的电源模块易受到电磁干扰而影响正常工作状态,导致设备在现场经常出现异常状况,降低了图像监控系统的可用性及可靠性。针对上述问题,笔者研究并提出了一种适应于变电站复杂电磁环境下的电源模块解决方案,并探讨了站内常见的几种电磁干扰方式及干扰途径,计算了电磁干扰在供电线路中的传递路径及强度。提出了一体化共差模复合滤波+隔离屏蔽抗干扰设计方案,并进行了有效性验证试验,各性能指标满足工程需求,可为变电站监测系统电源可靠性设计提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: Due to the strong electromagnetic interference sources present in substations, the power modules used on camera poles are susceptible to electromagnetic interference, which affects their normal operating state, leading to frequent abnormalities in the equipment on site and reducing the availability and reliability of the image surveillance system. In response to the above issues, the author has researched and proposed a power module solution that is suitable for the complex electromagnetic environment of substations. The author has also explored several common electromagnetic interference methods and paths within the station, calculated the transmission paths and intensities of electromagnetic interference in the power supply lines, and proposed an integrated common-mode composite filtering + isolation shielding anti-interference design scheme. Effectiveness verification tests have been conducted, and all performance indicators meet engineering requirements, providing a reference for the design of power reliability in substation surveillance systems.
