基于阻抗匹配的高频平面变压器比对分析

Comparative analysis of high frequency planar transformer based on impedance matching

  • 摘要: 以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的构建对高频电力电子设备的稳定与可靠提出了更高要求。平面变压器,因其高频、高功率密度的特点,被作为电能传输与变换的新型器件而受到广泛研究应用。对阻抗匹配理论进行阐述,搭建高频变压器等效电路模型,指出高频工况对于平面变压器,分析其阻抗匹配的重要性。制作两种高频平面变压器样机,比对不同的绕组缠绕方式下阻抗与频率的相关性,为平面变压器的工业设计提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: The construction of new power system with new energy as the main body has put forward higher requirements for the stability and reliability of high frequency power electronic equipment. Planar transformers, due to their high frequency and high power density characteristics, have been widely studied and applied as new type of devices for power transmission and conversion. Elaborate on the theory of impedance matching, construct an equivalent circuit model for high frequency transformer, and point out the importance of impedance matching for planar transformers under high-frequency conditions. Produce two high frequency planar transformer prototypes and compare the correlation between impedance and frequency under different winding methods, providing reference for the industrial design of planar transformers.
