一起孤网电站保护装置拒动的原因分析

  • 摘要: 针对一起国外20台25MW总装机容量500MW的燃气轮机发电机组的孤网电站,当发电机组出现低压、低频时,保护装置未按照装置本身既定的跳闸出口动作逻辑和跳闸出口整定值跳开预设线路出口开关的异常动作信息。找出保护装置在发电机组运行在低压、低频工况时保护装置未按照装置内设置的整定值动作的原因并作分析处理,使其能够持续保障发电机组安全稳定运行,为今后同类故障的处理和保护装置的优化管理打下坚实基础。

     

    Abstract: For an isolated power station abroad with 20 gas turbine generator sets each of 25MW, totaling an installed capacity of 500MW, when the generator sets experienced low voltage and low frequency, the protection device did not trip the preset line outlet switch according to its established tripping outlet action logic and tripping outlet setting value, resulting in abnormal action information. The reasons why the protection device did not operate according to the set value when the generator set was operating under low - voltage and low - frequency conditions were identified, analyzed and dealt with, so that it could continue to ensure the safe and stable operation of the generator set, laying a solid foundation for the handling of similar faults and the optimized management of protection devices in the future.
