操作票智能无介入审核系统的研发

Development of an intelligent, non-intrusive auditing system for operation tickets

  • 摘要: 为控制电气误操作风险、减轻变电运行人员在操作票审票环节的工作负担,本文研制了一套基于传统逻辑关键词识别与决策树推理的智能审票系统。系统首先对典型操作票库样本进行结构化解析与关键词抽取,将业务规则化为多组判定特征;随后采用决策树对这些特征进行训练推理,实现对待审操作票的智能无介入审核。试运行表明,该系统能够显著降低人工审票量、提升操作票的规范性与安全性,并有效提高倒闸作业的整体工作效率。

     

    Abstract: To control the risk of electrical misoperation and reduce the workload of substation operators in the operation ticket review process, this paper develops an intelligent operation ticket review system based on traditional logical keyword recognition and decision tree reasoning. The system first performs structured parsing and keyword extraction on typical operation ticket samples, transforming business rules into multiple sets of judgment features. Then, a decision tree is used to train and reason on these features, achieving intelligent, non-intrusive review of operation tickets. Trial operation shows that the system can significantly reduce the amount of manual ticket review, improve the standardization and safety of operation tickets, and effectively improve the overall efficiency of switching operations.
