基于MCC拓扑的换流阀的热设计研究

摘要: 本文对模块化换向式换流器(modular commutated converter,MCC)的混合式换流阀系统开展了阀冷却系统热设计及性能研究。进行了IGCT及IGBT器件模块结温特性研究,空冷器设计和性能分析,以及阀塔冷却水路水力特性研究。结果表明,IGCT和IGBT最大结温分别为99.5℃和95℃,阀塔流阻损失约为2.98 bar,以上设计结果均符合MCC换流阀系统运行要求。Abstract: This study developed a thermal design for the cooling system of a hybrid converter with a modular commutated converter (MCC). The heat transfer characteristic of IGCT and IGBT, and the hydraulic characteristics are analyzed. The air cooler is designed. The results show that the maximum temperature of IGCT and IGBT are 99.5℃ and 95℃, respectively. The pressure drop of cooling system of converter is 2.98 bar. The design results meet the demand of MCC’s operating conditions.
