一种改进型海上风能、光伏联合互补发电系统研究

Research on the Combined Complementary Power Generation System of Waves, Wind Energy, and Photovoltaics at Sea

  • 摘要: 针对远离大陆的中小型海岛地区市电难以覆盖的问题,本文提出了改进型海上太阳能、风能多能互补发电系统。针对光伏子系统采用了一种改进型变步长电导增量法进行最大功率点跟踪;针对风力发电子系统的变桨非工作区设计了一种转速偏差补偿器与双幂次指数趋近律滑模控制相结合的控制策略,以此减少风机变桨机构的动作量,提高其寿命与安全性。使用MATLAB进行仿真,结果表明各子系统工作正常,可实现功率的可控,系统稳定供电,能够实现为海上孤岛地区便利供电的目的。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problem of difficulty in covering urban electricity in small and medium-sized island areas far from the mainland, this paper proposes an improved offshore solar energy, and wind energy complementary power generation system. An improved variable step conductance increment method was adopted for maximum power point tracking in the photovoltaic subsystem; A control strategy combining a speed deviation compensator and a double power exponential approaching law sliding mode control was designed for the non working area of the wind turbine power generation electronic system. The entire system was modeled and simulated in MATLAB/Simulink simulation software, verifying the correctness and effectiveness of the multi energy complementary power generation system.
