NPC级联整流器模块内外协同均压控制策略

Voltage Balancing Control Strategy for Internal and External Cooperative Equalization of NPC Cascaded Rectifier Modules

  • 摘要: 针对单相 NPC 级联 PWM 整流器模块间电压不均与模块内中点偏移问题,提出基于瞬时电流控制的双层协同均压策略。该策略无需额外硬件,通过调制信号分层修正,同时实现模块内电容平衡与模块间功率再分配。仿真表明,在负载差异 80%、电容偏差 9.3% 的极端工况下,控制投入后仅需 0.1s 即可将模块直流侧电压稳定在 100V±1V,稳态误差 < 1%;模块内电容偏差从 5V 降至 0.2V 以下,满足并网要求,具良好工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the dual problems of inter-module DC voltage imbalance and intra-module neutral-point voltage offset in single-phase NPC cascaded PWM rectifiers, a double-layer cooperative voltage equalization strategy based on instantaneous current control is proposed. This strategy requires no additional hardware circuits. Based on the instantaneous current PI closed-loop as the control layer, it realizes both intra-module upper and lower capacitor voltage balance and inter-module active power redistribution through hierarchical superposition correction of modulation signals. Simulation results under extreme conditions with 80% load resistance difference and 9.3% capacitance tolerance deviation show that after the equalization control is applied, the DC-side voltage of each module can be restored to within 100V±1V with a regulation time of only 0.1s, and the steady-state error is less than 1%; the intra-module upper and lower capacitor voltage deviation is reduced from 5V to below 0.2V, meeting grid-connected power quality requirements. The strategy has a simple control structure, fast dynamic response and strong robustness, with good engineering application value.
