Abstract:
As an indispensable core power equipment in various industrial production fields, the safe and stable operation of high-voltage motors directly determines the continuity of production and the safety of operations. The SEL 749M motor integrated protection device, with its multi-dimensional protection functions, high-precision measurement capabilities, and flexible communication and control logic, has become the preferred solution for high-voltage motor protection. This paper, in combination with common fault types of high-voltage motors, analyzes the core protection principles and functional configurations of the SEL 749M protection device, and elaborates on its specific application schemes in high-voltage motor protection systems, including hardware wiring, parameter setting, and key points of operation and maintenance. Through practical application cases, the reliability and practicality of its protection are verified, providing technical references for the design and optimization of high-voltage motor protection systems in the industrial field.
