输电线路状态视频智能监测方法的设计

摘要: 多参量监测区间下,输电线路状态视频智能监测范围较小,无法对应输电线路点位状态特征值。因此,提出基于粒子滤波算法和图像增强的输电线路状态视频智能监测方法。分析输电线路图像成因,对不同光照条件的视频图像亮度衰减值进行计算,增强重要特征像素点区域,创新性地基于增强图像,分析输电线路点位状态特征值,将其作为初始样本粒子,代入到粒子滤波算法中,匹配输电线路状态信息更新结果,完成输电线路状态智能监测。实验结果表明:所提方法应用后得出的监测结果,表现出的相关系数较高。满足了输电线路运维工作的现实需求。Abstract: Under the multi parameter monitoring interval, the intelligent monitoring range of transmission line status video is relatively small, and it cannot correspond to the characteristic values of transmission line point status. Therefore, an intelligent monitoring method for transmission line status video based on particle filtering algorithm and image enhancement is proposed. Analyze the causes of transmission line images, calculate the brightness attenuation values of video images under different lighting conditions, enhance important feature pixel areas, innovatively analyze the characteristic values of transmission line point states based on enhanced images, use them as initial sample particles, substitute them into particle filtering algorithms, match the updated results of transmission line state information, and complete intelligent monitoring of transmission line states. The experimental results show that the monitoring results obtained after applying the proposed method exhibit a high correlation coefficient. Satisfied the practical needs of transmission line operation and maintenance work.
