Abstract: Unifies optical cable and grounding material which in the actual project each OPGW optical cable factory provides, carries on the synthesis comparison checking calculation to in our country existing regulations parameter value, provides the material based on the national newest standard and the factory, carries on the analysis to the OPGW optical cable and the grounding thermally stable computational method.
