Abstract:
In order to minimize the range of power outages during transmission network maintenance, improve power supply reliability and maintenance scheduling efficiency, this paper takes a 35kV substation and its distribution network as the research object, and proposes an intelligent scheduling system design scheme based on an improved A * algorithm. A heuristic search model that comprehensively considers equipment urgency and load importance was constructed by introducing dynamic heuristic functions, topological structure constraints, and multi-stage optimization mechanisms. After deployment in practical scenarios, the system effectively reduced the average power outage range index to 2.17%, and the SAIFI and SAIDI indicators were significantly better than the target values. The task completion rate and customer satisfaction were significantly improved.
