Electrical Optimization Design of Thermal Power Units Coupled with Electrically Heated Molten Salt Thermal Energy Storage System

  • 摘要: 火电机组耦合电加热熔盐储热系统进行调峰调频灵活性改造已成为提升机组性能和经济效益的重要手段。本文通过多维度对比分析,推荐高压电极式加热器参与调峰,电热管式加热器参与调频;根据现有AGC调频收益政策提出了调频电加热器的功率计算方法;基于典型案例提出了多个适用的耦合电加热熔盐系统接线方案,开展经济技术对比,研究结果对火电机组耦合熔盐储热系统的电气设计具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Flexibility retrofitting of thermal power units coupled with electrically heated molten salt thermal energy storage systems for peak and frequency regulation has become an important approach to improving unit performance and economic benefits. Through multi-dimensional comparative analysis, this paper recommends high-voltage electrode heaters for peak regulation and electric tubular heaters for frequency regulation. A power calculation method for frequency-regulating electric heaters is proposed based on existing AGC frequency regulation revenue policies. Several applicable wiring schemes for coupled electrically heated molten salt systems are presented with reference to typical cases, and techno-economic comparisons are carried out. The research results provide guidance for the electrical design of thermal power units integrated with molten salt thermal energy storage systems.
