空气处理机组自控系统标准化设计与应用

Standardized Design and Application of Automatic Control Systemsfor Air Handling Unit

  • 摘要: 为提升空气处理机组运行的安全性与可靠性,降低中央空调系统的运行能耗,本文基于群智能建筑平台,提出一种标准化自控系统设计方法。该方法通过汇总各类空气处理机组的监控需求,为机组配置专用控制器,并设计通用的标准信息集、监控点位与控制策略,从而有效简化控制系统设计、调试及运维流程。在项目应用中,本方案具备设计部署快捷、运营维护简便、监控数据准确等特点,能够有效保障机电系统高效运行。

     

    Abstract: To improve the operational safety and reliability of air handling unit (AHU) and reduce the energy consumption of central air conditioning systems, this paper proposes a standardized design method for automatic control systems based on the swarm intelligence building platform. This method aggregates the monitoring requirements of various types of AHUs, equips them with dedicated controllers, and designs universal standard information sets, monitoring points, and control strategies, thereby effectively simplifying the design, commissioning, operation, and maintenance processes of the control system. In practical applications, this solution features fast design and deployment, convenient operation and maintenance, and accurate monitoring data, effectively ensuring the efficient operation of electromechanical equipment.
