Abstract:
To address the difficulty of balancing rapid correction and smooth pump operation in dual-chemical dosing for coal wastewater, PAC-based primary turbidity-feedback regulation is separated from slow PAM scheduling. Comparative tests are conducted using a continuous-flow reference model under identical pump constraints and dosing-line inventory accounting. In numerical experiments, the integral of turbidity deviation decreases by 21.91%–23.72% under load and delay-deviation conditions compared with fixed-ratio, delay-matched feedforward control. Under the step condition, the total variations of the two pumps decrease by 28.63% and 38.35%, respectively, whereas the deviation integral increases by 4.48% under independent contamination. Additional paired noise realizations verify the trade-off between water quality and PAM dosing, providing a design basis for constrained dosing control.
