摘要: 针对智能变电站二次设备控制依赖人工就地操作所导致的响应迟滞及运维效能瓶颈问题,开展基于PLC技术的智能变电站二次设备远程控制方法研究。通过构建融合时间敏感网络TSN的确定性通信框架,实现多源控制指令的时序同步与无损传输。设计硬件无关的指令映射与状态反馈机制,完成对不同来源二次设备的抽象化统一管控。引入逻辑虚拟化层,实现对离散控制功能的动态重构与冗余容错。对比实验表明,所提方法在响应性能与运维效能方面均呈现显著提升,为构建高可靠、自适应的大规模变电站集群远程运维体系提供了可扩展的技术路径。Abstract: To address the response latency and operational efficiency bottlenecks caused by manual local operation in smart substation secondary equipment control, this study investigates a PLC-based remote control method for smart substations. By establishing a deterministic communication framework integrated with Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), the method achieves synchronized transmission and lossless delivery of multi-source control commands. Hardware-independent command mapping and state feedback mechanisms are designed to enable unified abstraction and management of secondary equipment from various sources. A logical virtualization layer is introduced to dynamically reconfigure discrete control functions and implement redundant fault tolerance. Comparative experiments demonstrate that the proposed method significantly improves both response performance and operational efficiency, providing an extensible technical pathway for building a highly reliable, adaptive remote operation system for large-scale substation clusters.
