Abstract:
Currently, the auxiliary control system cameras in Fujian Province"s 220kV substations are predominantly installed at fixed positions. Given the dense array of equipment and meters within the substation, numerous blind spots exist, necessitating regular manual inspections by maintenance personnel and posing significant operational challenges. This study investigates the application of quadruped robots in intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) for 220kV substations in Fujian Province. It proposes a typical quadruped robot inspection configuration and implementation plan for indoor substations, covering system architecture, functional configuration, inspection range, fireproof door and rodent barrier modifications, and network configuration. The research also outlines the application prospects of quadruped robots in intelligent inspections for 220kV indoor substations, providing technical support for the development of smart substation inspection systems.
