  • 摘要: 目前福建省内220kV变电站辅控系统摄像机主要为固定机位布置,面对站内繁多的设备、表计,存在大量的视野盲区,使得运维人员需要定期执行人工巡检,给运维工作带来巨大挑战。本文针对福建省220kV变电站现状,对四足机器人在220kV变电站的智能运维方案进行了研究和探讨,在巡检系统架构、巡检机器人功能配置、机器人巡视范围、配套防火门挡鼠板改造以及网络配置等方面提出了220kV室内变电站典型四足机器人巡检配置及实施方案。总结了四足机器人在220kV室内变电站智能巡检中的应用前景,为变电站智能化巡检建设提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Currently, the auxiliary control system cameras in Fujian Province"s 220kV substations are predominantly installed at fixed positions. Given the dense array of equipment and meters within the substation, numerous blind spots exist, necessitating regular manual inspections by maintenance personnel and posing significant operational challenges. This study investigates the application of quadruped robots in intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) for 220kV substations in Fujian Province. It proposes a typical quadruped robot inspection configuration and implementation plan for indoor substations, covering system architecture, functional configuration, inspection range, fireproof door and rodent barrier modifications, and network configuration. The research also outlines the application prospects of quadruped robots in intelligent inspections for 220kV indoor substations, providing technical support for the development of smart substation inspection systems.
