Abstract:
Aiming at the problem that high-voltage circuit breakers in the new-type power system may suffer hidden faults under complex operating conditions, which are difficult to detect and handle in a timely manner, this paper proposes a circuit-breaker operation characteristic monitoring method based on multi-source sensor signal fusion. Through data acquisition and fitting of photoelectric position sensors, high-precision displacement sensors and Hall current sensors, the operation trajectory and driving current parameters of the circuit breaker are constructed to support its state evaluation. A prototype circuit breaker integrated with operation-characteristic monitoring functions is developed, and the feasibility of the proposed method is verified. This research provides references for the development of on-line monitoring technology and new product development for high-voltage circuit breakers.
