  • 摘要: 摘要:针对配电线路架空敷设施工中存在的路径规划不精、基础施工受地质制约、复杂跨越施工效率低及质量控制难点,结合具体工程案例,提出系统的工艺优化方案。通过应用数字化勘测、差异化基础施工、多回路同步张力放线等关键技术,有效提升了施工的精度和效率。同时确立了以关键参数偏差控制、核心工艺合规性核查及质量隐患闭环管理为核心的质量控制体系。该优化方案与管控要点能显著提升工程实体质量与施工安全性,为同类项目提供了可借鉴的技术经验。

     

    Abstract: Abstract: In response to the problems of inaccurate path planning, geological constraints on foundation construction, low efficiency of complex crossing construction, and quality control difficulties in the construction of overhead distribution lines, a systematic process optimization plan is proposed based on specific engineering cases. By applying key technologies such as digital surveying, differentiated foundation construction, and multi loop synchronous tension laying, the accuracy and efficiency of construction have been effectively improved. At the same time, a quality control system with key parameter deviation control, core process compliance verification, and closed-loop management of quality hazards as the core has been established. This optimization plan and control points can significantly improve the quality of engineering entities and construction safety, providing valuable technical experience for similar projects.
