嵌入式装置交流采样插件误差分析及补偿方案

Error Analysis and Compensation Scheme for AC Sampling boards in Embedded Devices

  • 摘要: 电力系统嵌入式装置对整机精度要求越来越高,从而对硬件和软件的设计,制造均提出了更严苛的要求。本文针对其中的关键环节交流采样插件,阐述了互感器的特性,分析了交流采样插件误差,为筛选互感器及互感器选型提供了理论支撑。根据交流采样插件和不同采样DSP插件配合的现实需求,设计了测试系统的采样DSP匹配电路,测试表明,该方案测出的交流采样插件补偿系数,可实现整机的高精度采样。

     

    Abstract: Embedded devices in power systems are demanding ever-higher overall accuracy, thereby imposing increasingly stringent requirements on the design and manufacturing of both hardware and software. Focusing on the critical AC sampling module, this work describes the characteristics of current transformers, analyzes errors in the AC sampling module, and provides theoretical support for transformer screening and selection. Considering the practical requirement of interoperability between AC sampling boards and various sampling DSP boards, a matching circuit for the sampling DSP in the calibration instrument was designed. Test results show that the compensation coefficients obtained using this approach enable high-precision system-level sampling.
