储能电站智能运营维护平台建设与应用研究

Construction and Application Research of Energy Storage Station Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Platform

  • 摘要: 随着储能电站建设规模的快速增长,传统的运维方式已难以满足系统安全管理与高效运营的需求。本文介绍了一款面向储能电站的专业化智能运营维护平台,采用Unity 3D引擎实现三维场景渲染,结合Vue 3框架构建交互界面,实现了储能系统从宏观电站到微观电芯的多层次可视化监控 。平台构建了运营管理与智能运维两大核心体系:运营管理侧重于日常监视、数据挖掘与收益优化;智能运维则通过健康评估、故障智能诊断及三维可视化定位,提升了设备管理的预见性与安全性 。该平台的应用显著优化了储能电站的运营策略,提高了运行效率,为储能行业的数字化发展奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid growth of energy storage power station construction, traditional operation and maintenance methods have been difficult to meet the needs of system safety management and efficient operation. This paper introduces a professional intelligent operation and maintenance platform for energy storage power stations, which uses Unity 3D engine for 3D scene rendering and Vue 3 framework for interactive interface, realizing multi-level visual monitoring from macro power stations to micro battery cells. The platform builds two core systems: operation management and intelligent O M. Operation management focuses on daily monitoring, data mining and revenue optimization; intelligent O M improves the predictability and safety of equipment management through health assessment, intelligent fault diagnosis and 3D visual localization. The application of the platform significantly optimizes the operation strategy, improves the operation efficiency, and lays a foundation for the digital development of the energy storage industry
