一起智能变电站智能终端改造调试过程中控制电源短路故障案例分析

Case Analysis of a Control Power Short-Circuit Fault During the Commissioning of a Smart Terminal Retrofit in an Intelligent Substation

  • 摘要: 针对500kV某智能变电站220kV母联间隔智能终端改造调试过程中就地手合开关引发控制电源空开跳闸的故障,通过现场排查与图纸核验,完整分析了第一套与第二套智能终端间配合回路的设计与实施问题,确认系新增开入回路误接控制电源导致短路。该故障经回路修正与板件更换后消除。本文系统阐述该案例的分析与处理过程,可为智能变电站改造过程中智能终端的回路设计及现场调试提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzes a fault in which the operation of a local manual closing switch caused a control power circuit breaker to trip during the commissioning of smart terminal retrofits in a 220kV bus coupler bay of a 500kV smart substation. Through on-site investigation and drawing verification, a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the design and implementation issues of the coordination circuit between the primary and secondary sets of smart terminals. It was confirmed that the fault was caused by a short circuit resulting from the incorrect connection of a newly added input circuit to the control power supply. The fault was resolved after modifying the circuit and replacing the relevant board. This paper systematically details the analysis and resolution process of this case, which can serve as a technical reference for circuit design and on-site commissioning of smart terminals during smart substation retrofits.
