Research on Stability Optimization Strategies for Boiler Water Level Automatic Control System

  • 摘要: 本论文旨在研究锅炉水位自动控制系统的稳定性及其优化策略,通过分析现有系统中的问题,如控制算法不完善、传感器精度不足、系统响应速度慢及外部干扰等因素,揭示了影响系统稳定性的主要原因。针对这些问题,本文提出了几种优化策略,包括引入先进的控制算法、提升传感器精度与稳定性、提高系统响应速度以及增强抗干扰能力。研究表明,通过实施这些优化措施,可以显著提高锅炉水位自动控制系统的稳定性,确保锅炉安全高效运行。

     

    Abstract: This paper aims to study the stability of the boiler water level automatic control system and its optimization strategies. By analyzing the existing problems in the system, such as imperfect control algorithms, insufficient sensor accuracy, slow system response, and external disturbances, the main reasons affecting the system stability are revealed. In response to these issues, this paper proposes several optimization strategies, including the introduction of advanced control algorithms, improving sensor accuracy and stability, enhancing system response speed, and strengthening anti-interference capabilities. The research shows that by implementing these optimization measures, the stability of the boiler water level automatic control system can be significantly improved, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the boiler.
