一种基于掏屏改造的变电站时钟同步装置双北斗改造方法

A dual-beidou retrofit method for substation clock synchronization device based on screen-prying modification

  • 摘要: 时钟同步装置作为变电站继电保护、综合自动化和故障录波等二次设备的时钟来源,其可靠性直接影响变电站的安全运行。老变电站时钟同步装置一般采用GPS+北斗的双路时钟来源,但随着自主可控与安全性要求的不断提高,国内时钟同步装置急需改造为双北斗时钟源。传统的整屏更换方法具有改造成本高、施工周期长的缺点,本文提出了一种基于掏屏改造的时钟同步装置双北斗改造方法,能显著降低改造成本,缩短施工时间。

     

    Abstract: As the clock source for secondary devices such as relay protection, integrated automation, and fault recording in substations, the reliability of the clock synchronization device directly affects the safe operation of the substation. In older substations, clock synchronization devices generally use dual clock sources from GPS and BeiDou. However, with the increasing requirements for independent control and security, there is an urgent need to upgrade domestic clock synchronization devices to dual BeiDou clock sources. Traditional full-panel replacement methods have the disadvantages of high renovation costs and long construction periods. This paper proposes a dual BeiDou upgrade method for clock synchronization devices based on panel modification, which can significantly reduce renovation costs and shorten construction time.
