Abstract:
To improve the reliability of conductor resistance measurement results of electric power fittings and support the safe operation and quality control of power systems, this paper elaborates on the conductor resistance test of electric power fittings, analyzes the sources of uncertainty, and establishes a mathematical model of uncertainty. Through type A and type B evaluation methods, each standard uncertainty component is quantified, the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are calculated, and the reporting of measurement results is finally standardized. The research results can provide accurate uncertainty data support for the quality acceptance of electric power fittings and help optimize the measurement process and quality control system.
