Abstract:
To address the issues of insufficient mesh optimization, weak aerodynamic interference capture capability, and poor multi-condition adaptability in traditional CFD simulation techniques for calculating wind load shape coefficients of split conductors, a three-stage progressive simulation technology scheme is proposed. Taking 220 kV double-split conductors as the research object, a collaborative progressive process involving preliminary simulation with basic modeling, intelligent optimization for refined simulation, and multi-condition coupled simulation is established to construct a high-precision simulation system suitable for complex scenarios. The results show that the proposed scheme achieves a coefficient of variation in shape coefficient calculation ≤1.5% and covers over 95% of working conditions, enabling accurate capture of subconductor aerodynamic interference patterns and providing data support for the engineering design of 220 kV high-voltage transmission lines.
