Abstract:
To address issues such as low efficiency in emergency power supply connections and lack of monitoring, a rapid grid-connection control technology for emergency power generation vehicles in distribution networks is proposed. This method achieves the goal of completing grid connection within approximately 5 minutes through the coordinated design of a lithium iron phosphate energy storage system, a rapid clamping device, and thermal imaging monitoring components. Test results show that compared to traditional copper nose connection methods, efficiency improves by 87%~90%, temperature monitoring error is less than ±1.8 ℃, and warning response time is about 2.3 seconds, demonstrating the high efficiency and reliability of this technology.
