1000 MW火电机组磨煤机入口风量跳变故障诊断与优化处理

Fault Diagnosis and Optimization Treatment of Inlet Air Volume Jump in Coal Mill of 1000 MW Thermal Power Unit

  • 摘要: 磨煤机作为火电机组制粉系统核心设备,其运行稳定性直接决定机组燃料供应连续性与炉膛燃烧安全性。某机组A磨多次发生启动后20 min左右入口风量非预期跳变故障,导致大量煤粉瞬时涌入炉膛引起过热度快速上升,各级减温水阀被迫全开,严重影响机组热效率与锅炉受热面安全。通过追溯故障事件经过、结合历史运行数据开展原因分析,明确故障根源为入口风温双测点偏差触发风量计算锁定逻辑异常。基于此制定并实施处理方案,最终实现A磨稳定运行,为同类型机组磨煤机故障治理提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: The A coal mill of a certain unit has repeatedly experienced unexpected inlet air volume jump faults about 20 minutes after startup. This fault causes a large amount of pulverized coal to rush into the furnace instantly, leading to a rapid rise in superheat degree. Consequently, all levels of desuperheating water valves are forced to open fully, which seriously affects unit thermal efficiency and the safety of boiler heating surfaces. By tracing the fault process and analyzing causes with historical operation data, this paper identifies the root cause as abnormal locking logic of air volume calculation triggered by the deviation of dual inlet air temperature measuring points. Based on this, a treatment plan is formulated and implemented, finally realizing the stable operation of the A coal mill and providing technical reference for coal mill fault treatment in the same type of units.
