火电机组低频振荡分析及优化处理

Analysis and Optimization of Low Frequency Oscillation of Power Unit

  • 摘要: 汽轮机阀门流量特性容易造成机组产生低频振荡,当阀门流量特性曲线线性程度差或调阀运行在流量特性不稳定区域,机组在一次调频作用下容易出现功率振荡。针对多起汽轮机组低频振荡事件,进行了原因分析,并通过阀门流量特性优化试验,提高了流量特性的线性度,有效降低了低频振动发生的可能性。

     

    Abstract: In the view of turbine regulating valve′s flow characteristics is easy to cause low frequency oscillation of the power unit. When the linearity of valve′s flow characteristic curve is poor, or the regulating valve operates in the area with unstable flow characteristics, the unit is prone to power oscillation due to load disturbance caused by primary frequency regulation. This paper, the cause of several low frequency oscillation events of units are analyzed, and through the optimization test of valve flow characteristics, the linearity of flow characteristics is improved, and the possibility of low-frequency vibration is effectively reduced.
