过电压下动车组高压箱电热特性仿真分析研究

Simulation Analysis of Thermal Characteristics of High-Voltage Boxes in EMUs Under Overvoltage Conditions

  • 摘要: 近年来,随着我国轨道交通事业的快速发展和高速铁路线路的延伸,动车组在恶劣环境中运行所面临的电压绝缘问题日益突出。基于Solidworks建立高压箱三维模型,导入COMSOL进行电-热耦合仿真,研究高压箱内电场和温度场的分布特性。通过仿真分析了工作电压和过电压冲击下,高压箱内电场和温度场的分布规律,考察了绝缘薄弱和高风险部位电场集中现象及温升特性。仿真结果表明,高压箱内电场分布具有区域性特点,温度分布受电流和电场影响显著。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of China's rail transit industry and the expansion of high-speed rail lines, voltage insulation issues faced by EMUs operating in harsh environments have become increasingly prominent. This paper establishes a three-dimensional model of the high-voltage box using SolidWorks, imports it into COMSOL for electro-thermal coupled simulation, and investigates the distribution characteristics of electric fields and temperature fields within the high-voltage box. Simulations analyzed the distribution patterns of electric fields and temperature fields within the high-voltage box under both operating voltage and overvoltage surge conditions. The study focused on examining electric field concentration phenomena and temperature rise characteristics in insulation weak points and high-risk areas. Results indicate that the electric field distribution within the high-voltage box exhibits regional characteristics, while temperature distribution is significantly influenced by current and electric field effects.
