基于特高压换流阀内冷主泵振动的智能监测系统设计

Design of Intelligent Monitoring System for Vibration of Inner Cooling Main Pump Based on UHV Converter Valve

  • 摘要: 针对特高压换流站换流阀内水冷系统主泵振动监测主要以外部仪器装置为主,其基座内部振动监测手段匮乏,难以对主泵和基座状态进行精准评估的问题,设计一种基于特高压换流阀内冷主泵振动的智能监测系统。首先,分析了内冷主泵的特点和振动存在的问题;其次,根据主泵基座振动监测需求,研究了该系统的功能、整体构成、安装和通信方案,给出了相关智能监测策略;最后,将设计系统与目前常用的主泵振动监测方案进行了对比,以进一步说明其具有的优势和实际工程应用价值。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that vibration monitoring of main pump of water-cooling system inside converter valve in UHV converter station is mainly based on external instruments and devices and lack of internal vibration monitoring means of base, it is difficult to accurately evaluate state of main pump and base, an intelligent monitoring system is designed based on vibration of main pump inside converter valve in the UHV converter station. Firstly, characteristics and vibration problems of internal cooling main pump are analyzed. Secondly, according to the vibration monitoring requirements of the main pump base, the function, overall composition, installation and communication scheme of system are studied and relevant intelligent monitoring strategies are given. Finally, the designed system is compared with the commonly used main pump vibration monitoring scheme to further illustrate its advantages and practical engineering application value.
