柱上断路器进出线套管屏蔽网优化设计

Optimal Design of the Shielding Mesh for Pole-mounted Circuit Breaker Bushings

  • 摘要: 套管是柱上真空断路器的重要零部件,改善其局部电场分布有利于降低断路器的局放量,在套管中固封屏蔽网是一种改善电场分布的有效手段。通过仿真分析套管在固封不同尺寸屏蔽网时的电场分布,得出屏蔽网最优长度为80~110 mm,最优直径为50~58 mm。根据优选屏蔽网尺寸,再对屏蔽网进行结构优化设计。

     

    Abstract: The bushing is a critical component of pole-mounted vacuum circuit breakers. Improving its local electric field distribution helps reduce the partial discharge of the circuit breaker. Embedding a shielding mesh in the bushing is an effective method to optimize the electric field distribution. This paper simulates and analyzes the electric field distribution of the bushing with shielding meshes of different dimensions. The results indicate that the optimal length of the shielding mesh is 80 mm to 110 mm, and the optimal diameter is 50 mm to 58 mm. Based on these optimized dimensions, further structural design improvements are made to the shielding mesh.
