基于多参量传感器的电力变压器局部放电定位技术

PD Localization for Power Transformers Using Multi-parameter Sensors

  • 摘要: 电力变压器绝缘故障与局部放电(PD)存在直接关联性,精准定位PD位置是保障设备安全运行的关键。针对现有单传感器PD定位技术抗干扰能力差、定位精度不足的问题,提出一种基于多参量传感器协同的定位方案。该方案通过部署高频电流传感器、特高频传感器、超声探测器及阻抗传感器,构建电-声-电磁波多维度信号感知体系。测试结果表明,该技术方案有效解决了单传感器的定位瓶颈问题,为变压器绝缘故障诊断提供了可靠技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Insulation faults in power transformers are directly associated with partial discharge (PD). Accurate PD localization is key to ensuring equipment safety. To solve the poor anti-interference and low accuracy of existing single-sensor PD localization, a multi-parameter sensor collaborative scheme is proposed. By deploying high-frequency current sensors, UHF sensors, ultrasonic detectors and impedance sensors, an electrical-acoustic-electromagnetic multi-dimensional sensing system is built. Tests verify this technology breaks the bottlenecks of single-sensor localization, supporting reliable transformer insulation fault diagnosis.
